1. Arrive Early: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class to get registered and set up for your first practice.
2. Hydrate: Drink 16-24 ounces of water 2-3 hours before class starts, with electrolytes if possible to ensure you are hydrated for class and to avoid feeling dizzy or lightheaded.
3. Expect to Sweat: All of our classes are heated, with our Bikram classes being the hottest – 105 degrees Fahrenheit with 40% humidity. Please dress accordingly. You may want to bring a change of clothes for after class. We have showers and towels to rent.

Hot Yoga Chelsea
Our Bikram-inspired hot yoga classes are taught in a clean and spacious yoga studio in Midtown Manhattan. Our certified yoga instructors are experienced in guiding practitioners of all experience levels. Everyone is encouraged to practice within their own abilities and explore the benefits that a hot yoga practice may bring. We also offer Hot Vinyasa and Hot HIIT® classes.
